BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council authorize the 8 Director of Building and Safety to recommend to the San 9 Bernardino Municipal Court the bail forfeiture penalties 10 contained in Exhibit "A" for the following certificate of 11 Occupancy and Property Maintenance violations listed in the 12 following chapters: 13 14 15 16 17 18 A. San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.20, requiring a certificate of Occupancy. B.
