RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM OF $290,080 FOR SB-325
FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS FOR THE 1989-90
FISCAL YEAR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to submit a claim of $290,080.00 to Southern
California Association of Governments (S.C.A.G.) for construction
of local streets and roads pursuant to Article 8 of SB-325 of
1972, also known as the Transportation Development Act, and, in
particular, under Public Utilities Code Section 99400(a).
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
meeting thereof, held on the 2nd
regular
