Description) Finance: Council Notes: -' ---- Agenda Item No~ CITY OF SAN BE~ARDINO -REQUEST,-FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Article III, Section 1, of the General Unit Memorandum of Understanding provided for a 5$ salary increase less any amount up to l~ as provided in Article IV, Section iC, effective July 1, 1991. The Union elected not to divert one percent of the salary increase towards the medical premiums. On July 15, 1991, the Mayor and Common Council approved Resolution 6413, Section 10, incorporating the above- mentioned General Unit salary increase, effective July 1, 1991. Four (4) positions need to be added to this resolution: ' o Engineering Aida; o Development Permit Technician; o Telecommunications Representative; and, i o Police Rangemaster. These positions were previously approved by the Mayor and ~'i Council as noted below.
