Synopsis of Previous Council action:
09-05-90 ___ Authorization granted to proceed on Assessment District 1003 and
to use consultants used for Assess.ent District No. 997 without
the need for Request for Proposals.
07-01-91 ___ Authorization for change of consultant relative to AD 1003

STAFF REPORT
On Septeaber 5, 1990, this office was authorized to proceed with the fOI"llll.tion of an
Assessaent District to finance the costs the a portion of the off-site i~roveaents.
consisting of subdivision paving, curbs, gutters, etc., relative to Tentative Tract
No. 14503, located along Cajon Blvd., South of Pepper Linden Dr., under the provisions
of the Municipal IlIJll'oveaent Act of 1913 end the Improvement Bond Act of 1915.
On that date, authorization was given to use the sue principal consultants as those
used for AssesSJlllnt District No. 977, a similar project by the sue developer, located
adjacent to this proposed district.
On July 1, 1991, authorization was given to replace the firm of Bateaen Eichler, Bill
Richards with the firm of stone end Youngberg, for Investment Banking Services,
relative to the proposed district.
We have received agreements froll all principal consultants. The attached resolutions
authorize the execution of these agreellents respectively, end are sulDitted for your
action.
