GALVEZ AND AURORA GALVEZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: S~~~lQB_l~ That the City of San Bernardino does hereby accept a Grant Deed from Edmund B. Galvez and Aurora Galvez, Husband and Wife, for the real property described as follows: THAT PORTION OF LOT 16, BLOCK 19, RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 7 OF MAPS, PAGE 2, RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT, 71 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT, 181.25 FEET; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE CENTER LINE OF 11TH STREET, 71 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 16 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPTING AND SAVING THE SOUTH 41.25 FEET THEREOF. Acquisition of said property and the acceptance of the Grant Deed are necessary for the installation of a water well, equalizing reservoir and booster station to meet water demand.
