BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: .s.E~1'lQ.N_l~ That the City of San Bernardino does hereby accept a Corporation Grant Deed from First American Title Insurance Company, a California Corporation, for the real property as set forth and described in Exhibit "1" which is attached hereto and incorporated as though fully set forth at length herein. Acquisition of said property and the acceptance of this Grant Deed are necessary to secure property at the proper elevation storage for the construction of water reservoirs. .s.E~~lQ.N_2~ That a copy of the Grant Deed is attached hereto marked Exhibit "2", and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein. .sE~1'lQ.N_3~ That all property affected by this transaction will be dedicated for Water Department use.
