BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
7 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
acceptance of this Grant Deed are necessary to secure property
at the proper elevation for the construction of water storage
reservoirs.
S];~X1QB_2... That a copy of the Grant Deed is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "2", and made a part hereof as fully as though
set forth at length herein.

That all property affected by this transaction
will be dedicated for Water Department use.
21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be
