The Mayor and Common Council of the City of 7 San Bernardino do hereby approve the destruction of certain 8 records by the Department of Public Services, a list of which 9 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and' incorporated herein by 10 reference as though fully set forth at length. 11 SECTION 2.
