Inland Valley Development Agency
385 North Arrowhead Avenue
San Bernardino, CA 92415-0120
Attn: Mr. Robert R. Mitchell
Executive Director
Dear Bob:
It is our understanding that the Inland Valley Development Agency is seeking new office space to
house its operations and, in the process, is contacting member cities to determine their abiIiqt to
make such space available;
Regrettably, Lorna Linda does not have the excess adminiStrative space available to accommodate
the Agency's requirements. The Lorna Linda Council Chamber continues to be available for
Agency meetings, however, and we look forward to that arrangement continuing.
If the Ciqt of San Bernardino is the only member city having the space and support to
accommodate the office needs of the Agency, it would appear appropriate to enter into an
arrangement with them.
Very Truly Yours,
,
~

Mr. Bob Mitchell, Director
Inland Valley Development Agency
385 Honh Arrowhead Avenue
San Bernardino, California 92415
Dear Mr. Mitchell:
Under favorable conditions, the City of Colton would be proud to house the Inland
Valley Development Agency in one of our facilities. Urifonunately, appropriate space
is not available at the present time.
The offer to provide housing for the Agency by the City of San Bernardino may be the
best alternative presented. In my estimation locating in the San Bernardino City Hall
poses no problem. 1 trust that my City Council would feel the same way.
Sincerely,
CITY OF COLTON
