A 21-dav public review period was afforded from 04-19-90 to 05-09-90. No comments were received. We recommend that the Negative Declaration be adopted and a finding made that the project is consistent with the Circulation Element of the General Plan. This Adoption of the Negative Declaration was presented at the Au~st 6. 1990 Council Meeting. The owner requested that the item be tabled until such time as an agreement could be worked out with the property o~ner on the North side of Huff Street.
