ROLL AD~l2 © 1 WHEREAS, an Assessment Ro11 has been prepared 2 totalling $643.20, which sets forth the individual assessments to 3 be levied on each of the parcels of land within Assessment 4 District No. 962 for the fiscal year 1989-90, 5 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE P1AYOR AND COMMON 6 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: ~ SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby 8 find and determine that the proportionate costs to be levied ~ against the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 962 10 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 962 for the 11 fiscal year 1989-90, designated as Exhibit "A" and attached l2 hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments. ]3 SECTION 2.
