RESOWftON OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE.
CITY OF SAlt- BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE
WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code,
Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Buildinq Official haS posted a
buildinq(s) or premises located at 955 W. Highland Avenue ,
San Bernardino, California, with a "Notice to Abate Nuisance"
and has notified the person or persons havinq an interest in
said property that the said buildinq(s) or premises constitute
a public nuisance, and has prepared a declaration of postinq
and mailinq of the notice, a copy of which is on file in
these proceedinqs: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal code,
the Buildinq Official has served a "Notice of Hearinq Before
the Board of Buildinq commissioners of the city of San
Bernardino", relatinq to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons havinq an interest in said property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailinq of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedinqs: and
WHEREAS, a hearinqwas held to receive and consider
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3.

WHEREAS, the Board of Buildinq commissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleqed public nuisance, .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it is
found and determined that the buildinq(s) or premises
located at 955 W. Hiahland Avenue , San Bernardino,
California, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as thouqh fully set forth at 1enqth as
the findinqs of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to commence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaininq the
necessary demolition and/or buildinq permits within ten (10)
days after the date of postinq of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said buildinq(s) or premises. The
abatement must be completed within sixty (60) days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the buildinq(s)
or premises shall be razed, demolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the City of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons authorized by the Buildinq Official, and the

expense thereof ..de a lien on the lot or parcel of land upon
which the public nuisance i. located. Such expense..y be

. SECTIQN 4. Any person - llCJCJrieved by this order 1II&Y,
within fifteen (15) days after February 14. 1989 , appeal
to the Common Council by filing with the City Clerk a
written statement of the order appealed from, the specific
grounds of appeal and the relief or action sought from the
Common council.

WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3,
19~; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Building commissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleged public nuisance,
all

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it is
found and determined that the building(s) or premises
located at 535 N. Meridian , San Bernardino,
california, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth at length as
the findings of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to commence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaining the
necessary demolition and/or building permits within ten (10)
days after the date of posting of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said building(s) or premises. The
abatement must be completed within thirty (1Q) days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the building(s)
or premises shall be razed, demolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the city of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons authorized by the Building Official, and the

expense thereof made a lien on the lot or parcel of land upon
which the public nuisance is located. Such expense MY be
made a pedOnal obligation of the Pro~rty owner and subject
to imaediate recovery by the commencement of court proceeding
against the party.
SECTIQN 4. Any person aggrieved by this order uy,
within fifteen (lS) days after February 14, 1989 ,appeal
to the Common Council by filing with the city Clerk a
written statement of the order appealed from, the specific
grounds of appeal and the relief or action sought from the
Common Council.

RESOIDrION OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SAR BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE
WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code,
Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Buildinq Official has posted a
building(s) or premises located at 1613 CoHma Avenue ,
San Bernardino, California, with a "Notice to Abate Nuisance"
and has notified the person or persons having an interest in
said property that the said building(s) or premises constitute
a public nuisance, and has prepared a declaration of posting
and mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in
these proceedings: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before
the Board of Building commissioners of the city of San
Bernardino", relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons having an interest ip s~id property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailing of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedings: and "
WHEREAS, a hearing was held"to receive and consider
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3,
19~: and
WHEREAS, the Board of Building Commissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleged public nuisance,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it" is
found and determined that the building(s) or premises
located at 1613 Colima Avenue , San Bernardino,
California, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", .attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth at length as
the findings of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owneres) is hereby directed to commence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaining the
necessary demolition and/or building permits within ten (10)
days after the date of posting of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said buildinq(s) o~ premises. The
abatement must be completed within thirty (30) days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the building(s)
or premises shall be razed, demolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the city of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons authorized by the Building Official, and the

expense thereof made a lien on the lot or parcel of land upon
which the public nuisance is located. Such expense uy be
made a peftlOnal Obligation of the property owner and subj ect

SECTIQN 4. Any person aggrieved by this order may,
within fifteen (15) days after FebruarJl 14,"- . 1QRQ, appeal
to the COlllllon council by filing with the Ci~y Clerk a
written stat..ent of the order appealed frolD, the specific
grounds of appeal and the relief or action sought frOll the
COlllllon council.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OFSAlf BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE
WHEREAS, pursuant to. San Bernardino Municipal Code,
Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a
building(s) or premises located at 1772 W. 28th Street ,
San Bernardino, california, with a "Notice to Abate Nuisance"
and has notified the person or persons having an interest in
said property that the said building(s) or premises constitute
a pUblic nuisance, and has prepared a declaration of posting
and mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in
these proceedings: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before
the Board of Building commissioners of the City of San
Bernardino", relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons having an interest in said property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailing of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedings: and

WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3,

WHEREAS, the Board of Building Commissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleged public nuisance,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it is
found and determined that the building(s) or premises
located at 1772 W. 28th Street , San Bernardino,
California, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth at length as
the findings of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to commence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaining the
necessary demolition and/or building permits within ten (10)
days after the date of posting of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said building(s) o.r premises. The
abatement must be completed within thirty (30) days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the building(s)
or premises shall be razed, demolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the city of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons authorized by the Building Official, and the

expense thereof made a lien on the lot or parcel of land upon
which. the public nuisance is located. Such expense may be
made a penonal obligation of the property owner and subject
to i_edieu recovery by the ccmaencement of court proceeding
against the party.
SEC'l'IQN 4. Any person a99l'ieved by this order may,
within fifteen (15) days after Februarv 14. 1989 , appeal
to the Common council by filing with the City Clerk a
written statement of the order appealed from, the specific
grounds of appeal and the relief or action sought from the
Common Council.

WHEREAS, pursuant to -San Bernardino Municipal Code,
Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a
building (s) or premises located at 195 E. 11th Street ,
San Bernardino, California, with a "Notice to Abate Nuisance"
and has notified the person or persons having an interest in
said property that the said buildinq(s) or premises constitute
a public nuisance, and has prepared a declaration of posting
and mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in
these proceedings: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before
the Board of Building commissioners of the City of San
Bernardino", relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons havinq an interest in said property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailinq of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedinqs, and
WHEREAS, a hearinq was held to receive and consider
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3.

WHEREAS, the Board of Building Commissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleged public nuisance,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF - BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS -POLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it is
found and determined that the buildinq(s) or premises
located at 195 E. 11th Street , San Bernardino,
california, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as thouqh fully set forth at lenqth as
the findinqs of fact of the Board.
SECTIOlf 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to co...nce
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaininq the
necessary demolition and/or buildinq permits within ten (10)
days after the date of postinq of a copy of this resolution
in'a conspicuous place on said buildinq(s) Or premises. The
abatement must be completed within thirty (30) days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the buildinq(s)
or premises shall be razed, demolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the City of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons aut~orized by the Buildinq Official, and the

expense thereof made a lien on the lot or parcel of land upon
which- the public nuisance is located. such expense may be
_de a pe~nal obligation of the property owner and subject
to i__iao recovery by the cOJllllenc8llent of court proceeding
against the party.
. SECTIQN 4. Any penon llggrieved by this order may,
. within fifteen (15) days after February 14i 1989 , appeal
to the Common council by filing with the C ty Clerk a
written statement of the order appealed from, the specific
grounds of appeal and the-relief or action sought from the
COllllllon CounciL

WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before
the Board of Building c01DlDissioners of the city of San
Bernardino", relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons having an interest in said property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailing of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedings: and '
WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3,

WHEREAS, the Board of Building C01DlDissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleged public nuisance,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it, is
found and determined that the building(s) or premises
located at 3379 N. Del Rosa Avenu~ , San Bernardino,
California, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", .attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth at length as
the findings of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to c01DlDence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaining the
necessary demolition and/or building permits within ten (10)
days after the date of posting of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said buildin~(s) or premises. The
abatement must be completed within' thlrty (30) days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the building(s)
or premises shall be razed, demolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the city of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons authorized by the Building Official, and the

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE
WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code,
Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Buildinq Official has posted a
buildinq(s) or premises located at 782 W. Highland Avenue ,
San Bernardino, California, with a "Notice to Abate Nuisance"
and has notified the person or persons havinq an interest in
said property that the said buildinq(s) or premises constitute
a public nuisance, and has prepared a declaration of postinq
and mailinq of the notice, a copy of which is on file in
these proceedinqs: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal code,
the Buildinq Official has served.a I~Notice of Hearinq Before
the Board of Buildinq commissioners of the city of San
Bernardino", relatinq to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons havinq an interest in said property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailinq of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedings: and
WHEREAS, a hearinq was held to receive and consider all
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3,
19~: and
WHEREAS, the Board of Buildinq comaissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such a11eqed public nuisance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it is
found and determined that the buildinq(s) or premises
located at 782 W. Highland Avenue , San Bernardino,
California, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as thouqh fully set forth at lenqth as
the findinqs of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to commence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaininq the
necessary demolition and/or buildinq permits within ten (10)
days after the date of postinq of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said buildinq(s) or premises. The
abatement must be completed within thirtv (30) days
thereafter.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE

WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal' Code,
Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a
building(s) or premises located at 4\4 E. Baseline Ave' ,
San Bernardino, California, with a "Not ce to Abate Nuisance"
and has notified the person or persons having an interest in
said property that the said building(s) or premises constitute
a public nuisance, and has prepared a declaration of posting
and mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in
these proceedings: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before
the Board of Building commissioners of the City of San
Bernardino", relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons having an interest in said property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailing of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedings, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3,
19~' and .
WHEREAS, the Board of Building Commissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleged public nuisance,
all

NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it is
found and determined that the building(s) or premises
located at 494 E. Basel ine Avenue , San Bernardino,
California, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth at length as
the findings of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to commence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaining the
necessary demolition and/or building permits within ten (10)
days after the date of posting of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said building(s) or fremises. The
abatement must be completed within thirty (30_ days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the building(s)
. or premise. shall be razed, deIIolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the City of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons authorized by the Building Official, and the

expense thereof made a lien on the lot or parcel of land upon
which the public nuisance is located. SUch expense..y be
made a personal obligation of the property owner and subject
to i_ediate recovery by the cOllllilencement of court proceeding
against the party.
SECTIQN 4. Any person aggrieved by this . order ..y,
within fifteen (15) days after February 14. 1989 , appeal
to the Co_on Council by filing with the City Clerk a
written statement of the order appealed from, the specific
grounds ot appeal and the relief or action sought from the
Co_on council.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CI'n OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE
B.B.C. RESOLUTION NO. 1272
WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code,
Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a
building(s) or premises located at 481 W. 14th Street ,
San Bernardino, California, with a "Notice to Abate Nuisance"
and has notified the person or persons having an interest in
said property that the said building(s) or premises constitute
a public nuisance, and has prepared a declaration of posting
and mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in
these proceedings: and
,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before
the Board of Building COllllllissioners of the city of San
Bernardino", relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the
person or persons having an interest in said property, and
has prepared a declaration of mailing of the notice, a copy
of which is on file in these proceedings: and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider all
relevant evidence, objections or protests on February 3.

WHEREAS, the Board of Building cOllllllissioners heard the
testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
relative to such alleged public nuisance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it is
found and determined that the building(s) or premises
located at 481 W. 14th Street , San Bernardino,
California, constitute a public nuisance for the reasons
set forth in Exhibit "An, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth at lenqth as
the findings of fact of the Board.
SECTION 2. The owner(s) is hereby directed to commence
the abatement of the public nuisance by obtaining the
necessary demolition and/or building permits within ten (10)
days after the date of posting of a copy of this resolution
in a conspicuous place on said building(s) or premises. The
abatement must be completed within thirty (30) days
thereafter.
SECTION 3. In the event the public nuisance is not
abated within the prescribed period of time, the building(s)
or premises shall be razed, demolished, removed, repaired or
rehabilitated by the City of San Bernardino, or by a person
or persons authorized by the Building Official, and the
