approved in 1987/88
Recommended motion:
1. That the plans for rehabilitation of the parking lot for Lytle
Creek Park, in accordance with Plan No. 7694, be approved; and
the Director of Public Works/City Engineer authorized to
advertise for bids.
2. That the transfer of $32,000, from Account No. 243-363-57528,
"Patton Park Development" to Account No. 243-363-57532, "Lytle
Creek Parking Lot," be approved.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the rehabilitation of the parking lots for
Lytle Creek Park have been prepared by the Engineering Division
and the project is ready to be advertised for bids.
The project consists of resurfacing and restriping the
two parking lots, and installing metal guard rail around the
parking lots.
Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost:

An amount of $49,005 has been allocated under Account
No. 243-363-57532, to finance the costs incurred for these
improvements. It is proposed to transfer $32,000 in supple-
mental funding from Account No. 243-363-57528, "Patton Park
Development," to provide a total available amount of $81,005.
These funds are being transferred from Patton Park Development,
since this project is not underway, and additional funds will
be needed to fully finance this improvement.
At their meeting of 5-27-87, the City's Environmental
Review Committee found that the project is exempt from the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
We recommend that the plans be
authorization granted to advertise for bids.
