Contract Change Order No. One will authorize the contractor to remove and replace dead shrubs and ground cover, and revise the existing irrigation systems along the west side of University Parkway and on College Avenue. These improvements are required to bring this area up to standard with the rest of the district. The Contractor has agreed to perform the extra work for the net cost of $5,945.00. Funds will be provided by Assessment District Account No. 952, Account No. 251-623-53925, to finance the cost for this change order. These costs will be charged back to the property owners through their annual assessments. We recommend that this change order be approved.
