This request represents 507. of those owners who adjoin the area p,ooposed for vacat i on. On 10-21-88, authorization was given to proceed with the proposed vacation, and Plan No. 7603 was approved. Allot the interested City Departments and utility Companies were notified of the proposal on 01-31-89, with a reply due by 02-24-89. The ,.esponses are attached for your information. A reservation of easements for sanitary sewer and appurtenant facilities, and for public utilities were ,oequested, which will have to be reserved, as set forth in the attached Resolution of Intention. On 04-lrJ-88. a Negative Declaration was adopted and a finding of constancy with the Interim Policy Document was made. It is ,oecommended that favorable consideration be given to the requested vacation. The Resolution of Intention, which sets a protest date of 06-19-89 has been attached hereto for your action also. That the Hayor and Co_on Council of the City of San 7 8 Bernardino hereby declares its intention to order the vacation of a !l portion of "J" Street, North of Oak Street, described as follows: 10 11 12 13 14 15 That portion of "J" Street, 55.00 feet wide, in ~e City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: Hi Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 16 of Tract No. 1499, Bunker Hill Park, as per map recorded in Book 29 of P\eP8, page 23, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, said point also being the East line of "J" Street. as delineated on the I114P of said Tract; thence North, along the lines of said ~ot 16 and Lot 17 of said Tract, to the Southerly line of Lytle Creek Channel, 125.00 feet wide; thence Northwesterly, along said Southerly line, to a point on the West line of said "J" Str~et, as dedicated by a document recorded July 2, 1965, in Book 6462, page 61, Official Records of said County; thence South, along said West line, to it's intersection with the Westerly prolongation of the South line of said Lot 16: thence East, along said prolongation, a distance of 55.00 feet, acre or less, to the Point of Beginning. 17 18 HI SECTION 2.
