1. ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-SECTION B, SECTION 13.32.070
OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
EXCEPTIONS TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT DEVELOPMENTS BE REQUIRED
TO CONNECT TO THE CITY SEWER SYSTEM - The Committee recom-
mended approva1.of the amendment. The addition of "domestic"
to identify the type of sewage was recommended on line 14,
page 1. A copy of the recommended ordinance amendment is
attached. This item will appear on the May 15 Council
agenda. .
2. WEED ABATEMENT PROCEDURES - Item continued to June
22. This will allow the Board of Building Commissioners
ample time to test the present system. Although the Fire
Commission volunteered to hear weed abatement protests,
Deputy City Attorney Zimmerman felt that BBC is now better.
prepared to handle them so a trial period was established.
3. DISCUSSION OF CITY'S POSITION CONCERNING. ASSAULT
WEAPONS - Item continued to meeting of June 22.
