At the September 19, 1994 Council meeting, the Mayor and Com.on Council approved the amendBent to Resolution 6413, Section Ten, General Employees. Recommended motion: Adopt Resolution. !JIlIH' . DescriPtion) Finance: :;ouncil Notes: 75-0262 Agenda Item No 7 A CITY OF SAN BERNAC;DINO - REQUEST F~ COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT At its meeting of August 15, 1994, the Mayor and Common Council approved a resolution implementing a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Bernardino and employees in the General Unit of the City of San Bernardino represented by San Bernardino Public Employee's Association. . Per Article III, Compensation, section 1, Salaries, a two percent salary increase shall become effective January 1, 1995 for all members of the unit. The attached resolution implements the two percent (2%) increase, plus implements the following additions and deletions previously approved by the Mayor and Common Council: TITLE A.
