Synopsis of Previous Council action:
At the August 15, 1994 Council meeting, the Mayor and Common Council approved
Resolution No. 94-238, implementing a new Memorandum of Understanding between
the City of San Bernardino and employees in the General Employees' bargaining
unit of the City of San Bernardino represented by San Bernardino City Employees'
Association.
At the September 19, 1994 Council meeting, the Mayor and Com.on Council approved
the amendBent to Resolution 6413, Section Ten, General Employees.
Recommended motion:
Adopt Resolution.

STAFF REPORT
At its meeting of August 15, 1994, the Mayor and Common Council
approved a resolution implementing a Memorandum of Understanding
between the City of San Bernardino and employees in the General
Unit of the City of San Bernardino represented by San Bernardino
Public Employee's Association. .
Per Article III, Compensation, section 1, Salaries, a two percent
salary increase shall become effective January 1, 1995 for all
members of the unit.
The attached resolution implements the two percent (2%) increase,
plus implements the following additions and deletions previously
approved by the Mayor and Common Council:
