BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park the same at any time upon the following designated streets or portions thereof, during the times or days designated, as indicated on Attachment "A." SECTION 2.
