(1762 Conejo Drive, San Bernardino, California) WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.28 and (iother laws did lawfully cause a public nuisance to be abated on Project No. 1566 on the 13th day of May , 1980 , on the real property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons ,having an interest in said property and a hearing was held to hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said property on the 1st day of March 1982 NOW, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The hearing is closed; the costs are found to have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under said San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter; and the final state- ment of costs on file with the City Clerk is hereby confirmed and adopted as a special assessment in the sum of seven hundred fifty- seven dollars and sixty-six cents ($757.66) against the property known as 1762 Conejo Drive, San Bernardino, California and more particularly described as Lot 17, Tract 2316, Book 33, page 31. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 32 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 27 28 OWNER: Jack Meadows, 1762 Conejo Drive, .................__.........................._................I.... ................... California 92404 SECTION 2, It said sum i.s not fully paid to the City 'lerk,.City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after the assage of this Resolution, then said sum shall be and become a ien on said property pursuant to said Municipal Code and applica- le laws and shall be collected as a special assessment thereon. SECTION 3. In the event said sum is not paid as herein- bove provided, the City Clerk is hereby directed to file certi- fied copies of this Resolution with the Recorder and the Auditor f the County of San Bernardino, State of California, directing hat said sum be entered as lien charges against said property s it appears on the current assessment rolls, to be collected t the same time and in the same manner, subject to the same enalties and interest upon delinquencies, as the general taxes or the City of San Bernardino are collected.
