RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
INo. 3985 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION . . . PROHIBITING PARKING
UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF. . ."; AND
PROHIBITING PARKING IN CERTAIN SPACES ON THE THIRD LEVEL OF THE
FIVE-LEVEL CIVIC CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE.

5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Resolution No. 3985 which prohibits parking
7
upon certain designated streets or portions thereof, Section One
8
and Three-quarters Subsection (c) is amended to read:
9
"(c) The following designated stalls located on the third
10
level of the parking structure located north of Second Street and
11
south of City HalL:
(1) The fifth through the tenth parking spaces
12

inclusive, counting in sequence from the north, situated on the
14
west side of the third aisle (Row C) counting the aisles in
15
sequence from the west side of the parking structure, excepting
16
vehicles bearing authorized parking stickers.

(2) The most northerly six parking spaces situated
18
on the west side of the fourth aisle (Row D) counting the aisles
19
in sequence from the west side of the parking structure, excepting
20
vehicles bearing authorized parking stickers.

(3) The most northerly eleven parking spaces situated
on the_east side of the third aisle (Row D) counting the aisles in
22

sequence from the west side of the parking structure, excepting
24
vehicles bearing authorized parking stickers.

(4) The most northerly four parking spaces situated
26
on the west side of the third aisle (Row C) counting the aisles
27
in sequence from the west side of the parking structure, which
28
spaces are reserved for parking for the handicapped."
