Synopsis of Previous Council action:
June 2, 1989
~he area was designated RS, Residential Suburban
with adoption of the General Plan.
Recommended motion:
That the Mayor and Common Council direct Planning staff to
initiate a General Plan Amendment to consider a multiple
family designation for the area on the south side of Roca
Street between Sterling Avenue and the southern extension
of McKinley Street, north of the alley.

STAFF REPORT

SUBJECT: Initiation of a General Plan Amendment for the south side
of Roca Street between Sterling Avenue and McKinley
Street, north of the alley.
Mayor and Common Council Meeting January 21, 1992
The site is designated RB, Residential Suburban and is developed
with multiple family uses similar to the existing apartments to the
north of this site. Those apartments are designated RMH,
Residential Medium High.
FUNDING REOUIREMENTS:
In addition to staff time for processing the general plan
amendment, a $25.00 County filing fee will be required.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Mayor and Common Council direct Planning staff to initiate
a General Plan Amendment to consider a multiple family designation
for the area on the south side of Roca Street between Sterling
Avenue and the southern extension of McKinley Street, north of the
alley.
