for Buckboard Park, approved in 1986-87 Park Construc-
tion Fee Budget.
10-05-87 Resolution No. 87-366 adopted authorizing the execution
of an agreement with Kammeyer & Associates for professional
design.
June, 1988 Allocation of $250,000 in 1900-89 ?a~: Construction
Fee Budget, approved.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for Phase I of the improvement of Buckboard Park
have been completed by the Consulting Landscape Architect and
Engineering Division, and the project is ready to be advertised
for bids. The project consists, in general, of clearing and
grubbing, perimeter fencing, irrigation system, hydro spraying
turf, security lights and street improvements along Kendall
Drive.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:
