CITY OF SAN BERQRDINO - REQUEST O>>R COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Plans for Phase I of the improvement of Buckboard Park have been completed by the Consulting Landscape Architect and Engineering Division, and the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project consists, in general, of clearing and grubbing, perimeter fencing, irrigation system, hydro spraying turf, security lights and street improvements along Kendall Drive.
