1. TO DISCUSS AND TAKE POSSffiLE ACTION REGARDING THE
APPOINTMENT OF MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (PUBLIC
WORKSIENGINEERlNG) - The Committee recommended unanimously the disapproval
of the appointment of Robert J. Bateson to the Maintenance Supervisor position in
Engineering. The Committee requested that the Affrrmative Action Officer conduct an
investigation into discrimination allegations that were raised at this meeting.
