STAFF REPORT
On September 19, 1994, salaries were established for the following Police Department salaries:
P-I, P-2, P-3 AND LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINEE
P-4, P-S, P-6 AND P-7
On September 19, 1994, salaries were established for the following Fire Department salaries:
P-l, P-2/PARAMEDIC, P-2/INVESTIGATOR, P-3, P-4 AND
FIRE FIGHTER TRAINEE
P-S, P-6, P-7, FIRE MARSHAL AND TRAINING OFFICER
Section Three of Resolution 6429 is being amended to reflect the above Council actions.
As reflected in the attached resolution, the Personnel Department was directed by the Mayor and
Common Council to amend Resolution No. 6429.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MA YOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
Resolution No. 6429, Section 3, is hereby amended effective August I, 1994, to read as
follows:
WSection 3. The basic compensation plan shall consist of the various schedules
hereinafter established in this section for a monthly salary.
