BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
6 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Thirteen, is amended to read as follows:
8 "SECTION THIRTEEN: Temporary/Part-Time Employees:
9 The following classes of employment shall be paid on a flat basis in accordance with the
