(1323 West Congress, San Bernardino, California.) WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.28 and other laws did lawfully cause a public nuisance to be abated on Project No. 1391 on the 16th day of July, , 19 73 , on the real property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons having an interest in said property and a hearing was held to hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said property on the _ 3rd day of May , 1982 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BER1gARDIN0 AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
