11 WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal COd., the
12 Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Beforeth.
13 Board of Building Commissioners of the City of San Bernardino",
14 relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the person(s) having
15 an interest in the above property, and has prepared a declaration
16 of mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in the..

18 WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider all

relevant evidence, objections or protests on

24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
25 COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it was found
27 and determined that the building(s) and/or premises located at

constituted a public nuisance for the reasons set forth in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
as though fully set forth at length as the findings of fact of
the Board.
SECTION 2.
Based upon the evidence submitted, it was
determined that the City of San Bernardino was required to
initiate abatement actions: that the City incurred Costs in the
sum of $ 1.646.50
to abate the above Rroperty: and that the.e
costs and any future costs to the City to abate the above
property shall be the personal obligation of the owner(s) as well
as a lien on the above property.
SECTION 3. The owner(s) is directed to keep vacan~
bui1ding(s) boarded and secure and to keep the premise. free of
debris, trash, and graffiti. The owner(s) is directed to obtain
permits within ten (10) days from the posting of a copy of this
resolution on the above property and to rehabilitate the
building(s) in compliance with City codes within the sixty (60)
days or prior to any occupancy.
SECTION 4. Any person aggrieved by this order may, within
fifteen (15) days after March 14. 1989 , appee1 to the
Common COuncil by filing with the City Clerk a written .tatement
of the order appealed from, the specific grounds of appeal and
the relief or action sought from the Common Council.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Board of Building COmmissioners of the City of San
Bernardino at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 3rd

SECTION 2.
Based upon the evidence submitted, it was
determined that the City of San Bernardino was required to

initiate abatement actions: that the City incurred costs in the
sum of S 566.30
to abate the above ~roperty; and that these
costs and any future costs to the City to abate the above
property shall be the personal ob1igat~on of the owner(s) as well
as a lien on the above property.
SECTION 3. The owner(s) shall obtain a Demolition Permit
within ten (10) days from the posting of a copy of this
reso1 u tion on the above property and DEMOLISH THE BUILDING( S)
located at 161 & 16B Wa 1 ki nshaw

Bernardino, California within sixty (60) days.
If the
bui1ding(s) is not demolished within the prescribed period of
time, the bui1ding(s) will be demolished by the City and the,
costs shall be the personal obligation of the owner(s) as well as
a lien on the above property.
SECTION 4. Any person aggrieved by this order may, within
fifteen (15) days after March 14, 1989

Common Council by filing with the City Clerk a written statement

3 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SAN "BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC

5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
6 Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a

11 WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code, the

14 relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the person(a) having

SECTION 2.
Based upon the evidence submitted, it was
7 determined that the City of San Bernardino was required to
8 initiate abatement actions: that the City incurred costs in the
9
sum of $ 569.10
to abate the above ~roperty: and that these
10 costs and any future costs to the City to abate the above
11 property shall be the personal obligation of the owner(s) as well
12 as a lien on the above property.

SECTION 3. The owner(s) shall obtain a Demolition Permit
14 within ten (10) days from the posting of a copy of this
15 resolution on the above property and DEMOLISH THE BUILDING(S)

If the

CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABAT~ OF A PUBLIC

5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
6 Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a

11 WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal COde, the
12 Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before the
13 Board of Building Commissioners of the City of San Bernardino",
14 relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the person(s) having
15 an interest in the above property, and has prepared a declaration
16 of mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in these
17 proceedings: and
18 WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider all

relevant evidence, objections or protests on March 3

22 testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties

SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it was found

SECTION 2.
Based upon the evidence submitted, it was
7 determined that the City of San Bernardino was required to
8 initiate abatement actions: that the City incurred costs in the
9
sum of $ 2.046.10
to abate the above ~roperty: and that these
10 costs and any future costs to the City to abate the above
11 property shall be the personal obligation of the owner(s) " as well
12 as a lien on the above property.

SECTION 3.
The owner(s) is directed to keep vacant
14 building(s) boarded and secure and to keep the premises free of
15 debris, trash, and graffiti. The owner(s) is directed to obtain
16 permits within ten (10) days from the posting of a copy of this
17 resolution on the above property and to rehabilitate the
18 building(s) in compliance with City codes within the sixty (60)
19 days or prior to any occupancy.
20 SECTION 4. Any person aggrieved by this order may, within
21 fifteen (15) days after March 14, 1989 , appeal to the
22 Common Council by filing with the City Clerk a written statement
23 of the order appealed from, the specific grounds of appeal and
24 the relief or action sought from the Common Council.

3 RESOLUT~ON OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABAT~ OF A PUBLIC

5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
6 Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a

9 interest in the above property. that the ~ilding(s) or premises
10 constitute a public nuisance:
11 WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code, the
12 Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before the
13 Board of Building Commissioners of the City of San Bernardino",
14 relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the person(s) having
15 an interest in the above property, and has prepared a declaration
16 of mailing of the notice, a copy of which is. on file in these
17 proceedings: and
18 WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider all
19
relevant evidence, objections or protests on March 3.

21 WHEREAS, the Board of Building Commissioners heard the
22 testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
23 relative to the alleged public nuisance,
24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUILDING
25 COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Based upon the evidence submitted, it was found
27 and determined that the building(s) and/or premises located at

2 constituted a public nuisance for the reasons set forth in
3 Exhibit "A", ~ttached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
4 as though fully set forth at length as the findings of fact of
5 the Board.

SECTION 2.
Based upon the evidence submitted, it was
7 determined that the City of San Bernardino was required to
8 initiate abatement actions; that the City incurred costs in the
9
sum of $ 2.009.70
to abate the above property; and that these
10 costs and any future costs to the City to abate the above
11 property shall be the personal obligation of the owner(s) as well
12 as a lien on the above property.

SECTION 3.
The owner(s) is directed to keep vacant
14 building(s) boarded and secure and to keep the premises free of
15 debris, trash, and graffiti. The owner(s) is directed to obtain
16 permits within ten (10) days from the posting of a copy of this
17 resolution on the above property and to rehabilitate the
18 building(s) in compliance with City codes within the sixty (60)
19 days or prior to any occupancy.
20 SECTION 4. Any person aggrieved by this order may, within
21 . fifteen (15) days after March 14, 1989 , appeal to the
22. Common Council by filing with the City Clerk a written statement
23 of the order appealed from, the specific grounds of appeal and
24 the relief or action sought from the Common Council.

3 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SAN -BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC
4 NUISANCE.
5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
6 Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a

building(s) located at

8 San Bernardino, California, and has notified person(s) having an
9 interest in the above property that the bui1ding(s) or premises
10 constitute a public nuisance;
11 WHEREAS, pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code, the
12 Building Official has served a "Notice of Hearing Before the
13 Board of Building Commissioners of the City of San Bernardino",
14 relating to abatement of said nuisance, to the person(s) having
15 an interest in the above property, and has prepared a declaration
16 of mailing of the notice, a copy of which is on file in these
17 proceedings; and
18 WHEREAS, a hearing was held to receive and consider all
19 relevant evidence, objections or protests on March 3
20 19~; and
21 WHEREAS, the Board of Building Commissioners heard the
22 testimony and examined the evidence offered by the parties
23 relative to the alleged public nuisance,

SECTION 2.
Based upon the evidence submitted, it was
7 determined that the City of San Bernardino was required to
8 initiate abatement actions; that the City incurred costs in the
9
sum of $ 1 0.125. 50
to abate the above ~roperty; and that these
10 costs and any future costs to the City to abate the above
11 property shall be the personal obligation of the owner(s) as well
12 as a lien on the above property.

SECTION 3.
The owner(s) is directed to keep vacant
14 building(s) boarded and secure and to keep the premises free of
15 debris, trash, and graffiti. The owner(s) is directed to obtain
16 permits within ten (10) days from the posting of a copy of this
17 resolution on the above property and to rehabilitate the
18 building( s) in compliance with City codes wi thin the sixty (60)
19 days or prior to any occupancy.

SECTION 4. Any person aggrieved by this order may, within
fifteen (15) days after

SECTION 2.
Based upon the evidence submitted, it was

11 property shall be the personal obligation of the owner(s) as well
12 as a lien on the above property.

SECTION 3.
The owner(s) is directed to keep vacant
14 building(s) boarded and secure and to keep the premises free of
15 debris, trash, and graffiti. The owner(s) is directed to obtain
16 permits within ten (10) days from the posting of a copy of this
17 resolution on the above property and to rehabilitate the

CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC

5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
6 Title 15, Chapter 15.28, the Building Official has posted a
