RESOLUTION NO. 81-485 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 80-CHAP-002 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RELATING TO A $5DO,DOO LOAN COMMITMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City a First Amendment to Agreement No. 80-CHAP-002 with the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development relating to a $500,000 loan commitment for the purpose of making individual home loans to persons eligible for assistance under the California Homeownership Assistance Program a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by adjourned the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at an regular meeting thereof, held on the the following vote, to wit: 12th day of October , 1 981, by AYES: Council Members Castaneda, Reilly, Hernandez, Botts, Hudson, Hobbs, strickler. Any mortgage lender participating with the State in making a loan to eligible households must first execute an Origination Agreement as prescribed by the State. In the event a participating mortgage lenjer coTTJT11ts to originate but not service State loans, the entity to service such loans must be approved by the State.
