RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A
CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING AND DELIVERING OF METAL REFUSE
CONTAINERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION NO. F-8l-23

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO THAT AMERICAN TRUCK & TRAILER, SAN
BERNARDINO, CA.
is the lowest and best bidder for the furnishing and delivering
of cateogry II - one hundred (100) 3 cubic yard metal refuse
containers at a total cost of $24,115.00
in accordance with Specification No.F8l-231 that all other bids
therefor are hereby rejectedl that the contract therefor is here-
by awarded to said bidder; and that the Mayor of the City of San
Bernardino is hereby directed to execute said contract.
