RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A
CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING AND DELIVERING OF METAL REFUSE
CONTAINERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION NO. F-81-23

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO THAT CONSOLIDATED FABRICATORS INCOR-
PORATED, VAN NUYS, CA.
is the lowest and best bidder for the furnishing and delivering

of cateogry I - five (5) 30 cubic yard metal refuse containers
at a total cost of $11,925.00

in accordance with Specification No281-23; that all other bids
11
therefor are hereby rejected; that the contract therefor is here-
12
by awarded to said bidder; and that the Mayor of the City of San
13
Bernardino is hereby directed to execute said contract.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
