2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF PRO-
PERTY TAX REVENUES TO BE EXCHANGED BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND
3 THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO RESULTING FROM THE JURISDICTIONAL CHANGE DE-
SCRIBED BY LAFC NO. 2125.

resolution is adopted:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino

hereby finds and determines that:
A. Pursuant to Section 99 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, prior to
the issuance of a certificate of filing by the Local Agency Formation Execu-
tive Officer, the governing bodies of all local agencies whose service area
or service responsibilities will be altered by a proposed jurisdictional
change shall negotiate and determine by resolution the amount of property
tax revenues to be exchanged between and among such local agencies.

B. Except as provided in Section 99.1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code,
in the event that a jurisdictional change would affect the service area or
service responsibility of one or more special districts, the Board of Super-
visors of the County of San Bernardino shall, on behalf of the district or
districts, negotiate any exchange of property tax revenues.
C. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino and the
Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino have determined the
amount of property tax revenues to be exchanged as a result of the jurisdic-
tional change described by LAFC No. 2125.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
hereby resolves and orders that:

A. The negotiated exchange of property tax revenues between the City
of San Bernardino and the County of San Bernardino attached hereto as

1 II Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, resulting from the above-
2 described jurisdictional change, is approved and accepted.
3 B. The annual tax increment generated in the area subject to the juris-
4 dictional change and attributable to the local agencies whose service area
5 or service responsibilities will be altered by the proposed jurisdictional
6 change shall be allocated in future years pursuant to the provisions of
7 Section 98 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
8 SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino is hereby
9 directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and to cause a certi-
10 fied copy to be sent to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation
11 Commission of the County of San Bernardino.
12 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
13 the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at an Ad;ournen
