HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-131 ~ 1 II 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 89-131 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR AND ACCEPT A GRANT FROM U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (USDA) FOR ADMINISTRA- TION OF THE SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN FOR THE PERIOD JULY 3, 1989 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 1989. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed to submit an application to, and accept on behalf of the city a grant from the. U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) for Administration of the Summer Food Service Program for Children for the period July 3, 1989 through August 31, 1989. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a reqular meeting thereof, held on the following vote, to wit: 15th day of May , 1989, by the AYES: Council Members Estrada.
