BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: S.ECX10liLl... That the City of San Bernardino does hereby accept two Quitclaim Deeds from Valley Farms Mutual Water Company, in accordance with terms and conditions established by the Purchase Agreement. S.ECX10lL2... That a copy of the Quitclaim Deeds are attached hereto marked Exhibits "A" and "B", and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein. S.ECnOlL3... That all property affected by this transaction will be dedicated for Water Department use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said Quitclaim Deeds, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
