Rfi-RO A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO VACATING A PORTION OF HOSPITALITY LANE, WEST OF CARNEGIE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO; AND RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The Mayor and Common Council of the City of 7 San Bernardino, having heard the evidence offered in relation 8 to the proposed vacation of a portion of Hospitality Lane, West 9 of Carnegie Drive, more particularly described in City 10 Resolution of Intention No. 86-49, hereby find from all of the 11 evidence submitted that such street, proposed to be vacated by 12 sa i d Resol uti on, is unnecessary for present or prospecti ve 13 street purposes. 14 SECTION 2. The Mayor and Common Council of said City do 15 hereby vacate a portion of Hospitality Lane, West of Carnegie 16 Drive, San Bernardino, California, more particularly described 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 as follows: Those portions of Hospitality Lane as shown on Tract No. 12034 per map recorded in Book 168 of Maps, pages 75-87 inc1 usive, Records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, more particularly described as follows: PARCEL A COMMENCING at a point on the centerline of Hospitality lane that is North 720 19' 16" East 248.08 feet from the North- easterly right-of-way of the San Timoteo Creek as shown on said Tract No. 12034. Said point is also the beginning of a 1200 foot radius curve concave Southerly with a central angle of 030 17' 20". A radial line at said point bears North 170 40' 44" West. 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 THENCE Northerly along said radial line a distance of 45.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of said Hospitality Lane, said point being the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southerly having a radius of 1245.00 feet; THENCE Easterly along said tangent curve to the right, radial to the last described course, through a central il'lI,;1>e of 010 20' 00", for an arc distance of 28.97 feet, to a point on a non-tangent curve concave Southerly, having a radius of 60.00 feet, through which a radial line bears North 59 27' 57" West, said point al so being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE Easterly along said curve to the right, through a central angle of 730 18' 35", for an arc di stance of 76.66 feet, to a point of reverse curve, concave Northerly, having a radius of 100.00 feet; THENCE Easterly along said curve to the left, through a central angle of 250 00' 28", for an arc di stance of 43.65 feet, to a point of cusp with a curve, concave Southerly, having a radius of 1245.00 feet; THENCE Westerly along said curve to the left, through a central angle of 050 10' 54", for an arc di stance of 112.59 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNnS. PARCEL B COMMENCING at a point on the centerline of Hospitality Lane that is North 720 19' 16" East 248.08 feet from the Northeasterly right-of-way of the San Timoteo Creek as shown on said Parcel Map 8493. Sai d poi nt is also the beginning of a 1200 foot radius curve concave Southerly wi th a central angle of 030 17' 20". A radial line at said point bears North 170 40' 44" West. THENCE Southerly along said radial line a distance of 45.00 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way of said Hospitality Lan e, sa i d poi n t be i n g the beg inn i n g 0 f a tangent curve concave Southerly having a radius of 1155.00 feet; 2 " 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 THENCE Easterly along said tangent curve to the right, radial to the last described course, through a central angle of OP 28' 09", for an arc distance of 29.62 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE continuing along said curve to the right, through a central angle of 05002' 44", for an arc di stance of 101.71 feet to a point of cusp with a curve, concave Southerly, having a radius of 100.00 feet; THENCE along said curve to the left, through a central angle of 250 00' 28", for an arc di stance of 43.65 feet, to a point of reverse curve, concave Northerly, having a radius of 60.00 feet; THENCE along said curve to the right, through a central angle of 590 27' 37", for an arc distance of 62.27 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. And is also described in said Resolution No. 86-49. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall reserve, and nothing 14 herei n shall in any way a ffect or disturb each and every 15 existing easement for sani tary sewer and appurtenant facil i ties 16 and for publ ic uti 1 i ty purposes belonging ei ther to the Ci ty of 17 San Bernardino or to any public utility and there is further 18 reserved for present and future general publ ic uti 1 i ty purposes 19 and for this City an easement reasonably necessary to locate 20 sani tary sewer, publ ic uti 1 i ty and appurtenant faci 1 i ties over, 21 in, under or across the real property described hereinbefore 22 along with the right to use, install, maintain, repair, replace 23 or renew such facil i ties and those reserved by Resol ution of 24 Intention No. 86-49. 25 SECTION 4.
