RESOLUTION NO. 82-302
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DECLARING THAT PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 82-154 PROPOSING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRI-
TORY DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION DISTRICT NO. 330 (LAFC2030A), A MAJORITY PROTEST
HAS NOT BEEN PRESENTED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor and Common Council adopted Resolution
No. 80-523, by which, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Organization
Act of 1977 (Gov. Code Section 35000 et seq.) it was proposed to annex certain',
uninhabited territory designated Annexation District No. 330 (LAFC 2030A).
SECTION TWO: That pursuant to Article 6, Section 35300:, et seq.,
of the Government Code, said resolution did set forth the time and place for
the hearing of protests against the annexation of District, No. 330 (LAFC 2030A;
and in accordance therewith, the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino did
cause to be published in the San Bernardino Sun, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, Resolution No. 80-523.
SECTION THREE: That Monday, the 17th day of May, 1982, at the hour
of 9:30 A.M. of said day in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 300 North
"D" Street, San Bernardino, California, was the time and place designated
for hearing objections to the proposed annexation as set forth in Resolution
No. 82-154.
The Common Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby finds and
declares that at the meeting held on the 19th day of July ,
1982, a majority protest was not presented.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 19th day of July 1982, by
the following vote, to wit:
