The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is 7 hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City 8 an Amendment to Agreement with Highland Hills Properties relating 9 to a payment schedule for the deposit for specific plan of 10 development and environmental impact report, a copy of which is 11 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by 12 reference as fully as though set forth at length. Recitals. (a) City and Owner entered into an agreement on October , II 14, 1981 ("the agreement"), relating to Owner depositing with City J2 certain funds to be used to enable City to have a specific plan o~ i J3 development and environmental impact report prepared by an outsid~ 14 consultant. JS (b) The parties now desire to amend the agreement to 16 provide for a payment schedule for the deposit in lieu of payment 17 in one lump sum. J8 2. Amendment. Paragraph 2 of the agreement is amended to J9 read: 20 "2. Deposit. Other Provisions.
