RESOLUTION NO. 2007-133
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 655 ENTITLED, IN PART, "A RESOLUTION... DESIGNATING CERTAIN
STREETS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH HIGHWAYS..." AND
DECLARING HILL DRIVE A THROUGH HIGHWAY FROM AND INCLUDING F
STREET TO AND INCLUDING MAYFIELD AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions
thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by adding Subsection (8.1) HILL
DRIVE to read as follows:
"(8.1) HILL DRIVE
(A) From and including "F" Street to and including Mayfield Avenue."
