DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH HIGHWAYS..." AND ESTABLISHING A THREE-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTHPARK BOULEVARD AND SIERRA DRIVE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by adding Subsection (13.03) NORTHP ARK BOULEVARD to read as follows: "(13.03) NORTHPARKBOULEVARD (A) From Campus Parkway to Electric Avenue. (B) At its Intersection with Campus Parkway (3-Way Stop). (C) At its intersection with Sierra Drive (3-way stop). (D) At its intersection with Electric Avenue (for the purpose of stopping southbound traffic only). A.1 [R] A.2 0 B OcO IF YES, CHECK WARRANTS MET IF ANY OF THE WARRANTS ARE MET, A STOP SIGN SHOULD BE INSTALLED AFTER APPROVAL BY MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL AND THE INTERSETION IS DESIGNATED A "STOP INTERSECTION" BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL. Good traffic engineering judgment must be exercised before installing stop signs at certain intersections (whether it meets the warrants or not)
