Dear Lieutenant Boom:
I'm sorry you have not yet received the letter that our Executive Director, Roccle Hill,
sent to you earlier this month. Please consider this a replacement.
We greatly appreciate the time and care you took with evaluating Pablo. We are sorry
the situation was not successful, and this letter should act as formal notification that we
have Pablo back in our possession. The contract we signed earlier is now null and void,
and you and the Department are released from any liability regarding this dog.
Sincerely.
