RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
3 NO. 8234 ENTITLED, IN PART, "A RESOLUTION...ESTABLISHING PARKING
4 TIME LIMITATIONS UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS, ALLEYS, OR
PORTIONS THEREOF..." TO ESTABLISH A THREE HOUR PARKING TIME
5 LIMITATION ON AUTO CENTER DRIVE, SHOW CASE DRIVE NORTH, AND
SHOW CASE DRIVE SOUTH IN THE AREA OF THE SAN BERNARDINO AUTO
6 CENTER.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: Resolution No. 8234, which establishes time limitations on certain
10 streets, or portions thereof, is amended by adding Section SIX AND ONE-HALF to read as
11 follows:

"SECTION SIX AND ONE-HALF. In accordance with Section 10.16.010 of the
San Bernardino Municipal Code, it is hereby found and declared that the public convenience and
necessity require that parking be limited to a period of time no longer than three-hours during
any twenty-four (24) hour day upon those streets, alleys, or parking facilities, or portions thereof,
or other City property hereinafter designated, to wit:
(1) Auto Center Drive

(A) Between Show Case Drive and Camino Real.
(2) Show Case Drive North
(A) Between Auto Plaza Drive and Auto Center Drive/Show Case Drive
South
(3) Show Case Drive South
(A) Between Auto Plaza Drive and Auto Center Drive/Show Case Drive
