Responsible for assembling and leading a cadre' of 35+ highly talented, multifaceted aerospace engineering and
skilled technical support personnel to meet the USAF flight testing requirements of the most technically
advanced weapon system to date. Successfully met the challenge of providing leadership, motivation, and
ment<?ring of assigned team. Responsible for timely identifYing, recruiting and hiring the best available
engineering and technical talent that also met the strict security constraints associated with this test program.
Worked closely with all engineering and Logistics Test (L T) disciplines to ensure constraints were limited or
overcome, and mandated parameters or deliverables were fulfilled as expected. Additionally supported
customer in the multi-facets of aircraft L T maintenance to include on/off aircraft ground testing and support
equipment testing. Worked closely with Reliability and Maintainability Engineering incorporating their failure
analysis data (examples: Mean Time to Repair, Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time to Maintenance etc)
into L T Reporting. Charter member of the Support Equipment Integrated Process Team (lPT) working closely
with Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Pratt Whitney and USAF System Program Office (SPO) personnel in the
development and successful testing of all required aircraft support equipment. Maintained yearly training
requirements for seven consecutive years to perfonn in the roll ofL T Unit Test Safety Officer (UTSO)
responsible to ensure all L T Test Safety Planning Packages are written, assembled and approved up to and
including the AFFTC/CC as required prior to testing. Responsible to ensure assigned team mates were
provided a safe and productive working environment at all times and were trained in all aspects of applicable
IT3 and CTF/USAF directives and policies. Chaired monihly supervisor safety talks/meetings. Erisured all

Excelled as JT3 Team Lead responsible for day-to-day administrative support to the assigned team of aerospace
engineers and technical support personnel. Duties included; timecard oversight/approvals, attendance
verification, absence approvals, merit recommendations and awards for outstanding job performance. Provided
travel requests concurrence as well as budget monitoring. . Compiled and submitted teams daily feedback and
formal weekly reporting for JT3 management on all relative matters that may impact JT3 services to customer.
Additionally, assigned as CTF's Logistic Test (L T) Lead. These duties included developing a maintenance
metrics reporting presentation on test point accomplishment, identifYing constraints/corrective actions or
recommend solutions for CTF Command Section and System Program Office use. Weekly/monthly
presentation updating was required. Once established, ensured data accuracy and reporting timeliness. Provided
direction and guidance for L T team in the development of processes and procedures for L T data collection, .
analysis, and utilization in required L T reporting for customer and contractor. Mentored USAF maintenance

Assigned as C-17 CTF Logistics Test (L T) Lead. Formal Logistics (maintenance) Testing was new to the
AFFTC aircraft maintenance and testing communities. Provided insight and direction for the development and
authoring of initial processes and procedures which governed this new USAF mandated data
collection/reporting requirement. Worked for continuous improvements and lessons learned data to
enhance/improve the locally developed directives. Developed C-17 A unique L T metrics reporting protocol and
data collection. Authored or co-authored all C-17 A maintenance L T formal reports meeting AFFTC guidelines.
Provided job performance feedback to Section Supervisor for yearly evaluations and merit consideration on
assigned team members. Ensured CSC L T Team was provided the necessary tools and training for successful
daily job performance. Monitored workplace to maintain a safe working environment. Chaired monthly safety

Assigned as a first line supervisor (Group Leader) supporting final assembly ofMD-II, DC-IO, MD-80

capacity, I was accountable and responsible for a team of35-40 trades men and women as they joined the
fuselage, wingsllanding gear to fuselage, and assembled the interiors of the MDC aircraft. 1 also ensured
workplace safety was maintained at all times to include 100% use of required personal protective equipment.
Assigned team members with daily work assignments, forecasted work completion to include out of position
tasks and ensured adequate crew size for task accomplishments. Managed consumables and ensured compliance
with hazardous materials/waste directives. Ensured subassemblies availability and for continuous workflow.
Ensured protect-the-product awareness was vigilant and necessary safeguards were utilized. Met with customer
representatives to resolve any issues pertaining quality of work or overall delivery schedules. Scheduled team
