I 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY IjOF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Recitals. i 8 j (a) The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino] i 9 proposes to sell to Santa Fe Federal Savings & Loan Association, 10 I, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", one parcel of real prop- ~ ',I'~erty located within the Central City North Project Area, des- j it I t2 cribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by I l3 (reference as though set forth in full, for the sum of $55,300.00 I I l4 which will be paid by the Developer in cash; I 15 (b) Notice of the time and place of hearing has been 16 given as required by law; t7 (c) The Redevelopment Agency has made available for 18 ~ipublic inspection and copying a summary of financial aspects of ~ 19 the proposed sale; 20 (d) The summary of financial aspects represents that the i I 21 fair market value of the interest to be conveyed determined at j 22 the highest use permitted under the plan is $55,300.00; and I 23 (e) All hearings have been heard as required by Health 24 and Safety Code Section 33433. 25 SECTION 2. Determination. Based upon the representations 26 of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino, it 27 is found and declared that the consideration for said real 28 property, in accordance with covenants and conditions governing j 1 such sale, is not less than the fair market value of the property 2 determined at the highest use permitted under the plan. i 3 SECTION 3. Approval. The Mayor and Common Council of the q City of San Bernardino hereby approve the sale of said property g upon the terms, conditions, and for the reasons set forth herein.
