HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-386 RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM ROBERT T. OLDER, ET AL. BE IT RESOLVID BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does hereby accept a Grant Deed from Robert T. Older, et al for the following described property. (See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part of.) SECTION TWO: That a copy of said Grant Deed is attached hereto, marked Exhibit B, and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein. SECTION THREE: That all property affected by this transaction will be designated for Water Department use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said Grant Deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County ' Recorder of San Bernardino County.
