2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTIO
NO. 8234 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKIN
3 I TIME LIMITATIONS UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR ALLEYS, OR
PORTIONS THEREOF AND ESTABLISHING A TWO HOUR PARKING ZONE
4 WITH PREFERENTIAL PARKING PRIVILEGES ON EIGHTEENTH STREET BETWEEN
BROADMOOR BOULEVARD AND PARKSIDE DRIVE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
6 ~I OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 8234 is hereby amended by addin
8 thereto Section Two and One-Quarter to read as follows:
9 "SECTION TWO AND ONE-QUARTER: That in accordance with
~p ! Section One of Article IV of Ordinance No. 1652 of the City of
tt San Bernardino, it is hereby found and declared that the public
12 convenience and necessity require that parking be limited to a
13 period of time no longer than two hours, between the hours of
t4 1 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. of any day except Saturday and Sunday
15 upon those certain streets or alleys, or portions thereof, or
t6 other City property hereinafter designated, excepting preferentia
17 parking privilege shall be given to residents adjacent to such
tg streets under which such residents may be issued a permit which
l9 exempts them from the prohibition or restrction of such section,
20 to wit:
21 (10) EIGHTEENTH STREET
22 a). Between Broadmoor Boulevard and Parkside Drive.'
23 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
24 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
