The Mayor and Common Council of the City of i 6 I~ San Bernardino do hereby approve the destruction by the Personnel 7 ~ Department of certain records, more particularly described in g II, Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein as fully as 9 though set forth at length. t0 SECTION 2. It is hereby found and determined that the i ~ 11 nature of said records permits their destruction pursuant to 12 Government Code Section 34090, and further, that the City Attorney i3 has duly consented to such destruction. Vacation and Sick Leave Request forms dated to 1976. 2. 1970-71 Correspondence file 1972-73 Correspondence file 1973-74 Correspondence file 1975-76 Correspondence file 3. 1970 Pay vouchers 4. 1961 Inactive salary insurance cards 5. 1974 Withholding Allowance Certificates These records are quite bulky in nature and take up space which can be utilized for other purposes.
