Application and a proposal is hereby made to the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino for the annexation of inhabited territory located West of Victoria Avenue, South of Pacific Street, and the detachment from County Service Area No. 38, Improvement Zone G of CSA No. 38, County Service Area No. 70, Improvement Zone A of CSA No. 70, and CSA Sl-l, as outlined in the justification form which is Exhibit "A" and the plan and the narrative which is Exhibit "B" to the resolution and is by this reference incorporated herein as though fully set forth. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the governing body is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino.
