RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO MAKING APPLICATION TO THE
LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF INHABITED TERRITORY LOCATED WEST OF ARDEN AVENUE, NORTH OF
PACIFIC STREET; AND DETACHMENT FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38, IMPROVEMENT
ZONE G OF CSA NO. 38, COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70, IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF CSA
NO. 70, AND CSA SL-1.
WHEREAS, the Common Council as governing body of the City of San
Bernardino desires to initiate proceedings for the change of organization
in accordance with Government Code Section 35000;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council, governing body of the City
of San Bernardino, does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1. Application and a proposal is hereby made to the Local
Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino for the annexation

iof inhabited territory located west of Arden Avenue, north of Pacific Street, I
and the detachment from County Service Area No. 38, Improvement Zone G of
CSA No. 38, County Service Area No. 70, Improvement Zone A of CSA No. 70,
and CSA Sl-l, as outlined in the justification form which is Exhibit "A" and
the p1an.and the narrative which is Exhibit "B" to the resolution and is by
~his reference incorporated herein as though fully set forth.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the governing body is hereby authorized
and directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Executive
Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San
Bernardino.
