"MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND MIDDLE-MANAGEMENT" EMPLOYEES.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
5 BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 10584, Section 17.1 is hereby amended
to read as follows:

"SECTION 17.1. MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES, OTHER THAN SAFETY MEMBERS.

(A) Management employees, as defined in Section 3 hereof, shall

include those general permanent employees performing the functions or occupy-
ing the positions as listed below:
