JJ 9- :;s {; 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. l0584 ENTITLED IN PART " A RESOLUTION . . . ESTABLISHING . . . Er~PLOYER- 3 EMPLOYEE RELATIONS"; AND UPDATING CLASSIFICATION TITLES DESIGNATED AS "MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND MIDDLE-MANAGEMENT" EMPLOYEES. 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN 5 BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 10584, Section 17.1 is hereby amended to read as follows: 7 "SECTION 17.1.
