Application and a proposal is hereby made to the Local 12 Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino for the annexation 13 of inhabited territory located west of Del Rosa Avenue, south of Pumalo Street, 14 and the detachment from County Service Area No. 38, Improvement Zone G of 15 CSA No. 38, County Service Area No. 70, Improvement Zone A of CSA No. 70, 16 and CSA SL-1, as outlined in the justification form marked Exhibit "A", and 17 the plan and narrative marked Exhibit "B", which are attached hereto and 18 incorporated by reference as fully as though set forth at length herein. 19 SECTION 2.
