RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO MAKING APPLICATION TO THE
LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF INHABITED TERRITORY LOCATED SOUTH OF 40TH STREET, WEST OF
MT. VIEW AVENUE, AND DETACHMENT FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38, IMPROVEMENT
ZONE G OF CSA NO. 38, COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70, IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF CSA 70

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council as the governing body of the
City of San Bernardino are initiating proceedings for a change of organization
(annexation) pursuant to Government Code Part 2 of Division 2 of Title 4,
Section 35000, et seq.,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Mayor and Common Council do hereby resolve,
determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1. Application and a proposal is hereby made to the Local
Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino for the annexation
of inhabited territory located south of 40th Street, west of Mt. View Avenue,
and the detachment from County Service Area No. 38, Improvement Zone G of
CSA No. 38, County Service Area No. 70, Improvement Zone A of CSA No. 70,
and CSA SL-l, as outlined in the justification form marked Exhibit "A" and
the plan and narrative marked Exhibit "B", which are attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as fully as though set forth at length herein.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the governing body is hereby authorized
and directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Executive
Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San
Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino ~,a
